Greater disaster Imminent!
The Corporate Lawyer who defended Dow Chemicals and denied justice to Bhopal Victims, innovates India in Modi ways!As many as 11.5 crore bank accounts have been opened under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, exceeding the enhanced target of 10 crore and covering 99.74% of households, finance minister Arun Jaitley said on Tuesday. The Man in defence of Dow Chemicals!
Perhaps his act like the defence of the Dow Chemicals should be the best ever inclusion for which Indian masses die! As the Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that the financial Inclusion is one of the top most priorities of the government. He said that exclusion of a large number of people from any access to financial services inhibits the growth of our country.
Just celebrate as the Carnival begins and the US President comes India as the Narendra Modi government has created a record for opening the maximum number of bank accounts in the shortest possible time under the government's flagship financial inclusion scheme, Jan Dhan Yojana.
Cash liquidity ensured and the Have Nots have the much needed cash to expand the market beyond limit. It is not making India, pardon,it is innovating India, as concluded by Gujarat vibrant. Please do not link it with Gujrat Genocide as United sates of Americs has given a perfect cleanchit and he enjoys diplomatic immunity in any US court.
Just try to understand! US President Barack Obama is the guest of honour and IMF just predicted that India would cross China as far as growth rate is concerned. So what? With less than one and a half months left for the Union Budget to be presented, finance minister Arun Jaitley on Monday said that the government is working on rationalisation of the tax structure and is also making attempts to make budgetary proposals more business friendly under minimum governance,India Innovation which replaced making in India!
Just remember, during last Loksabha elections,Congress candidate from Amritsar Captain Amarinder Singh on targeted at his BJP counterpart Arun Jaitley in the Bhopal Gas tragedy case and said that he was the lawyer of the Dow Chemicals. He said that thousands of people died in the tragedy and Jaitley must decide on whether he is with the people of Bhopal or that company.Jaitly was defeated and was later made the Defence and Finance minister double dhamaka. As the minister of defence,he is credited to allow cent pecnt FDI in defence production! He signalled green all the deals waiting nod.
Mind you, after Congress spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha, Arun Jaitley has come under the scanner as documents accessed by CNN-IBN show that Jaitley too appeared as counsel for Dow Chemicals - the company that took over Union Carbide.
While defending the company, Jaitley had even argued said that since it was a different company, Dow Chemicals did not have to inherit the liabilities of Union Carbide after acquiring it.
The fresh revelation comes within a week after CNN-IBN exposed how Abhishek Singhvi acted as a counsel for the company in 2006.
The fresh revelation comes within a week after CNN-IBN exposed how Abhishek Singhvi had counselled the company in 2006.
Now just consider how the Narendra Modi government is planning on rationalising tax structure in whose interest just because is the cent percent Hindutva attempting to make budgetary proposals more transparent to ensure there is no concealed fiscal deficit in the forthcoming Budget 2015.That is it as said the corporate lawyer alias the finance minister of India Arun Jaitley who has the topmost priority to snsex and RBI governor obliged him trading on the cutting highway! Now,it is promoter builder boom boom raj!
That is why working as dual SIM,the Alibaba of Indian politics as in capacity of Information and Broadcasting Minister on Sunday asked the media to avoid conducting parallel trials while reporting subjudice matters. As enough is never enough and to ensure taht everything in the emerging free market remains decontrolled,Jaitley blocks the flow of information so that the free flow of foreign capital and black money recycled as well should be ensured.
Just understand the phenomenon of transformation as a record 11.5 crore bank accounts have been opened in just over four months under the Jan Dhan Yojana, covering 99.74 per cent of households and setting the stage for a major transformation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today.
"The success of PMJDY sets the stage for a major transformation for the people & will enhance India's progress," Modi tweeted, while describing the scheme a "unprecedented success".
Announcing the financial inclusion scheme in his first Independence Day speech last year, Modi had set a target to open bank accounts for 7.5 crore poor persons by January 26, 2015. The target was later increased to 10 crore accounts.

however the Business Standard story says something else.Just see:
Addressing global dignitaries at the recently concluded Seventh Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit in Gandhinagar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said he wants to make India the easiest place to do business. "Ease of doing business in India is a prime concern for you and us. I assure you that we are working very seriously on it," he said. "We want to make them not only easier than earlier, not only easier than the rest, but, we want to make them the easiest."
But that's easier said than done. The 2015 World Bank group's Doing Business index ranked India at 142, down from 140, which it was the year before. Analysing the ten different parameters - starting a business, dealing with construction permits, getting electricity, registering a property, getting credit, protecting minority investors, paying taxes, trading across borders, enforcing contracts, resolving insolvency - the World Bank group gives individual rankings for each one of these, which collectively provides the final rank. Experts say if India is to improve its overall rank in Doing Business index, it is important to fix issues when it comes to trading across borders, dealing with construction permits, and enforcing contracts. India is dismally ranked 126, 184 and 186 in trading across borders, dealing with construction permits, and enforcing contracts, respectively.
Delivering the first Justice J.S. Verma memorial lecture on "Freedom and responsibility of media" here, Jaitley said contours of censorship have been defied by technological developments.
"Technological developments have defied the contours of censorship and the challenges for the media lie within, in the context of ownership patterns, financial sustainability and financial models which lead to aberrations such as paid news," he said.
"...constructive deliberations on all issues relating to media freedom and responsibility need to be initiated amongst all stakeholders," he said.
Talking about challenges the media faces these days, the minister said that in the last two decades, the conventional contours of issues pertaining to freedom and responsibility of media had changed "due to changes in the nature and content of media and the definition of news".
"The challenge before the media is to ensure quality and credibility along with the responsibility to play the role of an educator in handling sensitive issues," he said.
Jaitley said the challenge for the media also lay in maintaining high ethical standards on the issue of conflict of interest "where it needs to be very careful".
Media responsibility was critical in addressing matters related to security, social tension, privacy of the individual and issues that involved subjudice connotation, he said.
During the programme, organised by the News Broadcasters Association, the minister also recalled the outstanding contribution of Justice Verma in the domains of human rights, gender equality, probity and media freedom as the "conscience keeper of the society".
