हम अंध राष्ट्रवादी नहीं हैं ठीक वैसे ही जैसे हम धर्मोन्मादी फासिस्ट नहीं हैं।लेकिन इस संकट की घड़ी में जब कारपोरेट मुनाफे के लिए बाकायदा संसदीय सहमति से वोटबैंक साधने की शर्त पूरी करके कारपोरेट राजनीति संसदीय सहमति से राज्यसभा में अल्पमत केसरिया कारपोरेट सरकार को दो तिहाई बहुमत की अनिवार्यता के बावजूद संविधान संशोधन तक पास करके मुक्तबाजारी नरमेध राजसूय के तहत पूरे देश को वधस्थल बनाकर विदेशी पूंजी और विदेशी हितों के हवाले सोने की चिड़िया करने खातिर मनुस्मृति कायदे कानून पास कर रही है एक के बाद एक।
हमारे पास राष्ट्र के इस संकट पर राष्ट्रीय झंडा लेकर सड़क पर उतरने के सिवाय कोई और विकल्प अनिवार्य जन जागरण अभियान के जरिये आजादी की लड़ाई शुरु करने का नहीं है।क्योंकि पाखंडी राजनीति कारपोरेट फंडिंग के जरिये चलती है और कारपोरेट जनसंहार के खिलाफ उसे खड़ा नहीं होना है।यह लड़ाई आखिरकार आम जनता को ही अपनी आजादी के लिए सत्ता वर्ग के खिलाफ लड़नी है।
हम अंध राष्ट्रवादी नहीं हैं ठीक वैसे ही जैसे हम धर्मोन्मादी फासिस्ट नहीं हैं।लेकिन इस संकट की घड़ी में जब निरंकुश बेदखली अभियान जारी है।बाबासाहेब को ईश्वर बनाकर उनके संविधान की हत्या हो रही है रोज रोज और ब्रिटिश राज में बाहैसियत श्रमिक कानून जो पास कराये बाबासाहेब ने वे सारे एक मुश्त खत्म कर दिये गये संसदीय सहमति से।विदेशी निवेशकों को 6.4 बिलियन कर छूट,कारपोरेट टैक्स में कटौती ,कारपोरेट कर्ज और उनपर पिछला सारा कर्ज माफ और किसी की भी नौकरी स्थाई नहीं।डिजिटल इंडिया के आईटी सेक्टर में रोजाना हजारों युवाओं को रोजगार से बाहर करने के लिए पिंक स्लिप दिया जा रहा है।
देश बेचो का इतना पुख्ता इंतजाम है कि मेकिंग इन अब देशी विदेशी पूंजी की बहार के मध्य देश व्यापी सलवा जुड़ुम है या देश बेचो विशेष सैन्य अधिकार कानून है।जनता के मुद्दों पर कहीं जन सुनवाई किसी भी स्तर पर नहीं है।न लोकतंत्र हैं और न कानून का राज।मेहनतकश जनता को बंधुआ मजदूर बनाकर बहुराष्ट्रीय पूंजी के लिए सबसे सस्ता श्रम बाजार बनाया जा रहा है इस देश को,जहां मेहनतकश तबके को न रोजगार और न आजीविका का अधिकार है।
संगठित क्षेत्रों में भुखमरी के हालात पैदा किये जा रहे हैं।न स्थाई नौकरियां हैं,न नियुक्तियां है,भाड़े के मजदूर बन गये हैं हमारे बच्चे,जिनकी नौकरियां कभी भी खत्म की जा सकती है।
हमारी जमीन हमसे छिन सकती है।हमारे चारों ओर आपदाओं ने हमें घेर रखा है।
जल जंगल जमीन प्रकृति और पर्यावरण की नियामतों से बेदखल करने के लिए दुनियाभर के हथियारों का जखीरा है यह मुक्त बाजार और हमारे पास लड़ने के लिए राष्ट्रीय झंडा के अलावा कुछ भी नहीं है।
नेपाल में हम तक काठमाडू से खबरें आ रही है।ग्राउंडजीरों का हाल जानने के लिए आनंदस्वरुप वर्मा,अभिषेक श्रीवास्तव और अमलेंदु की अगुवाई में एक टीम नेपाल को जा रही है जबकि वहां पहुंच चुके इमरान इदरीस का आंखों देखा हाल ह लगा रहे हैं।
गौरतलब है कि उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव के आव्हान पर समाजवादी पार्टी के युवा कार्यकर्ताओं की एक टोली राहत सामग्री लेकर नेपाल पहुंच गई है। इस दल में युवा नेता इमरान इदरीस भी शामिल हैं, जो ग्राउंड जीरो से लगातार अपडेट कर रहे हैं।
नेपाल में संचार नेटवर्क तहस नहस है और वहां का प्रमुक अखबार कांतिपुर समाचार भी अपडेट नहीं हो पा रहा है।हम कांतिपुर रेडियों से अपडेट ले रहे हैं।गुरखाली हिंदीभाषियों के लिए खासकर उत्तराखंड,सिक्किम और बंगाल के गोरखा इलाकों के लिए अभूझ नहीं है।मराठी और गुजराती की तरह लिपि देवनागरी है.एकबार पढना शुरु करें तो आपको हकीकत समझ में आने लगेगा।
हम भाषाओं की दीवारों को गिराने की मुहिम चला रहे हैं तो सारे माध्यम हमारे लिए जनसचार माध्यम हैं और सारी कलाओं और विधायों के बारे में हमारी एकमात्र कसौटी उसकी जनपक्षधरता है।बाकी कालजयी शस्त्रीय साहित्य कला से हमारा कुछ लेना देना नहीं है।
काठमांडु से बाहर हमारे जो मित्र नेपाल भर में है,वे कितने सकुशलहैं,हम बता नहीं सकते।उनसे हमारा संपर्क नहीं हो पा रहा है।मीडिया सिर्फ काठमांडु और पर्यचन स्तल में तब्दील एवरेस्ट तक फोकस कर रहा है।वैसे ही जैसे केदार जलसुनामी के बाद बाकी हिमालय को हाशिये पर रखकर केदार घाटी का युद्धक कवरेज होता रहा है।हूबहू नेपाल में इस वक्त वही पीपली लाइव है।
नेपाल में राहत और बचाव की राजनीति और राजनय का प्रचार खूब है लेकिन नेपाल ही नहीं,उत्तराखंड,सिक्किम और बंगाल के साथ साथ तिब्बत में मची तबाही की ओर किसी का ध्यान नहीं है।बाकी नेपाल की सिसकियां,कराहें किसी को सुनायी नहीं पड़ रही है,वे भी हमारे डूब में समाहित हैं।यह डूब आखिरकार यह महादेश मुक्तबाजार है।
बिहार और यूपी के मैदानी इलाकों में मरनेवालों की संख्या गिनते हुुए हम भूल रहे हैं कि भारत माला के जरिये यह कारपोरेट केसरिया सरकार सीमा सुरक्षा के नाम पर बिल्डर माफिया के हवाले करने जा रहा है देश के सबसे संवेदनशील इलाके ताकि वहां फिर टिहरी बांध और ब्रह्मपुत्र बांध जैसे परमाणु बम लगा दिये जाये भूकंप और आपदाओं के नये सिलसिले के लिए।
हम सुनामी,बाढ़,दुष्काल,भुखमरी,समुद्री तूफान की यादें साल गुजकरते न गुजरते भुला देने केअभ्यस्त हैं और केदार जलसुनामी में मरे लापता स्वजनों की स्मृतियां भी भुला चुके हैं।
काठमांडु की दिल दहलाने वाली तस्वीरे भी बहुत जल्दी परदे से उतर जाने वाली हैं और नया,और बड़ा भूकंप बिना आवाज मौत की तरह कभी न कभी हमें मोक्ष दिलाने वाला है क्योंकि इस सीमेंट के जंगल में भूकंप रोधक नया बिजनस शुरु होने के बावजूद इस बहुमंजिली सीमेंट की सभ्यता में नैसर्गिक कुछ भी बचा नहीं है।
अर्थशास्त्री और मीडिया जनसंहार के मोर्चे पर गोलबंद हैं और विध्वंसक एटमी पूंजीवादी विकास से प्रकृति और मनुष्य के सर्वनाश के इस जनसंहरी राजसूय के पुरोहित नये पुरोहित बन गये हैं भूगर्भ शास्त्री विशेषज्ञवृंद भी जो हजारों करोड़ साल का भूगर्भीय इतिहास तो बता रहे हैं,लेकिन हिमालय के उत्तुंग शिखरों और समुंदर की गहराइयों में,हवाओं पानियों में इस कायनात को तबाह करने के चाकचौबंद इंतजाम के तहत लगे परमाणु बमों और न्यूक्लियर रिएक्टरों के जनसंहारी कारपोरेट केसरिया फासिस्ट युद्धतंत्र के विकास के नाम विनाश आयोजन पर सिरे से सन्नाटा बुनते चले जा रहे हैं।
निजीकरण को विनिवेश के बाद अब पीपीपी माडल कहा जा रहा है।बैंकों के पढ़े लिखे महाप्रबंधक सत्र के अफसरान तक को मालूम नहीं है कि बाबासाहेब की वजह से बने रिजर्व बैंक के सारे अधिकार सेबी को स्थानांतरित हैं और रिजर्व बैंक के सभी स्ताइस विभागों का प्रबंधन कारपोरेट लोगों के हाथों में है।
बैंक कानून बदलने के बाद भूमि अधिग्रहण कानून,खनन अधिनियम,वनाधिकार कानून समेत तमाम कायदे कानून बदलकर करीब दो हजार कानूनों को खत्म करने की कवायद करके बिजनेस फ्रेंडली सरकार जो केसरिया कारपोरेट कयामत ला रही है,उससे किसान और मजदूर ही तबाह नहीं होंगे,संगठित क्षेत्रों के मलाईदार लोगों की भी शामत आने वाली है।मसलन सरकारी सारे बैंकों को होल्डिंग कंपनी बनाने की तैयारी है।
दस पंद्रह साल पहले एअर इंडिया के जो अफसरान कर्मचारी हमें सुनने को तैयार नहीं है,थोड़ा उनका हाल जान लीजिये।एफडीआई विनिवेश राज में किसी सेक्टर में कोई कर्मचारी और बड़का तोप अफसर उतना ही सकुसल है,जितने बंधुआ मजदूर में तब्दील देश की बाकी आबादी।मेहनतकशो के सात लामबंद हुए बिना उनकी भी शामत बस अब आने ही वाली है।
रेलवे के कर्मचारियों को मालूम ही नहीं है कि पीपीपी विकास और आधुनिकीकरण के बहाने सारे के सारे बुलेटउन्हीके सीने में दागकर रेलवे का निःशब्द निजीकरण हो गया।
संपूर्ण निजीकरण के इस कारपोरेट केसरिया एजंडा में मारे जाएंगे वे बनिया सकल,खुदरा कारोबारी जिनकी हड्डियां और खून का कार्निवाल आईपीएल ईटेलिंग महमहा रहा है।अरबों जालर की विदेशी कंपनियों के मुकाबले बिजनेस और इंडस्ट्री एकाधिकारवादी बड़े औद्योगिक घरानों के अलावा किसी माई के लाल के लिए असंभव है और टैक्स होलीडे उन्हीं के लिए।आपके यहां तो छापे ही छापे।
महिलाओं के लिए समांती मध्ययुग की दस्तक है।हिंदूकोड बिल के विरोधी सत्ता में है जो बलात्कार को अपराध नहीं मानते,धर्म और संस्कृति मानते हैं मनुस्मृति के मुताबिक।मनुस्मृति के मुताबिक हर स्त्री शूद्र और यौनदासी है।हमने इस पर अंग्रेजी में विस्तार से लिखा है।कृपया हमारी माताें,बहनें जो अंग्रेजी जानकर,पेशेवर जिंदगी में महिला सशक्तीकरण की खुसफहमी हैं,वे गौर करें की यह फासीवाद कैसे बलात्कार संस्कृति का ही पर्याय है।
महानगरों की सेहत के लिए गांवों से लेकर घाटियों तक,किसानों मजदूरों से लेकर स्त्रियों,युवाओं,बच्चों और कारोबारियों और पढ़े लिखे कर्मचारियों तक को बलि चढ़ाया जा रहा है जबकि जनपक्षधर बंधुआ मजदूरों में तब्दील मीडिया के चूजा सप्लायक चूजा शौकीन तबके से अलग ईमानदार लोगों की उंगलियां काट ली गयी हैं और उनकी जुबान पर तालाबंद है।
यह अघोषित आपातकाल है और हम सभी लोग मनुस्मृति गैस चैंबर में सांस सांस के लिये मर मर कर जी रहे हैं।
तो मेहनकश तबके को अस्मिताओं के राजनीतिक तिलिस्म से बाहर निकालने के लिए,पूरे देश के देशभक्त जनगण को देश बचाने की मुहिम में शामिल करके देश बेचो केसरिया कारपोरेट माफिया राष्ट्रद्रोही गिरोह के साथ सड़क पर मोर्चा जमाने के लिए उनके पारमाणविक युद्ध तंत्र के खिलाफ भारत के राष्ट्रीय झंडे को अपना हथियार बनाने के अलावा हमारे पास कोई विकल्प है ही नहीं।

I have been insisting that a space for the majority humanity is always missing in every sphere of life in Hegemony ruled Bengal since the partition of India.
I have been insisting that in Bangaldesh,despite the brutal continuity of the religious hatred based Jihadi JAMAT Plus politics and continuous minority persecution, assassination of democratic, secular personalities,Bangla Nationalism survives just because of a rock solid alliance of Dalit, Adivasi, Left ,democratic and Secular forces which we badly miss in India and for which we trap ourselves into the lethal Hindutva Tsunami.
Mind you,Bengal is liberal not because of Leftist Rule for thirty five years or Left Progressive ideologies.Bengal introduced the western democracy in India with Renaissance which never happened in rest of India.
Moreover,Bengal led the land reform movement since the introduction of East India Company Rule after Plassy war right in 1757.
Chuad Revolt was the first insurrection against feudal setup supported and strengthened in Company Raj.
It was followed by so many peasant uprising and peasant movement one after one countrywide beyond Bengal Presidency.
The idea of Bahujan Samaj had been the reality in Bengal thanks to the Buddhamoy democracy Bengal witnessed until islamic rule takeover Bengal.Further,the Islam had no space for discrimination based on caste and birth.
Dr.Anand Teltumbed who is not only the grand son -in-law of Dr.Ambedkar and a internationally academia,he is responsible to make Ambedkar works digital and also contributed to make India digital with Sam Pitroda.
I am lucky to be his friend and we discuss these issues daily as he is recently based in Kharagpur IIT.
Dr.Teltumbde have explained very well how DR.Ambedkar did everything to recognize SC reservation in Bengal as no untouchability could be proved in social survey as untouchability had been prohibited way back in 1911 thanks to Chandal Movement which is well documented by DR.Shekhar Bandopaddhyay.
Dr.Ambedkar associated by Mahapran Jogendra Nath Mandal and Mukund Bihari Mallick resoved the problem to make the basis of reservation for SC communities as caste based discrimination instead of untouchability.
Hence,Bengalies outside Bengal are treated as developed communities and miss the reservation as untouchability misses in Bengali geography beyond Bengal and you may not get reservation with the caste discrimination provision out of Bengal.
We have called to celebrate May Day across identities and political borders just because Baba Saheb as labour minister in British Raj introduced all labour laws including right of trade unions,job security,working hours to maternity leave which he did as a leader of the depressed class with an agenda of caste annihilation for entire humanity.
Baba Saheb introduced Hindu Code Bill to liberate and empower Indian sex slave womanhood and had to resign from Nehru cabinet as RSS captured Congress to launch unabated Hindutva agenda which was accomplished by Congress unless BJP emerged reckoning force of Zionist Hindu Imperialism aligned with Global Zionist disorder against Man and Nature.

BR Ambedkar and his thesis,problem of Rupeee for its creation which is being dismantled to make SEBI,the greatest PONZI network on this earth, the manager of Indian Economy for free flow of foreign capital and foreign interest.
DR BR Ambedkar is most relevant phenomenon which progressive Bengal refused to understand and believed that he was responsible for caste based identity politics which he never had been.

One advantage of inter-parliamentary exchanges is that MPs have much more leeway than diplomats to speak their minds. When MPs represent authoritarian states, they can be counted on to candidly reflect the official position—otherwise they would not have been allowed to take parliamentary seats in the first place.
Such was the case with the inter-parliamentary meeting on April 20 in Brussels with members of the parliament of Bahrain. The meeting took place within the framework of the European Parliament delegation for relations with the Arabian Peninsula, a forum for political dialog with the countries of the Persian Gulf.
Since the P5+1 (US, Russia, China, UK, France + Germany) powers began to engage in nuclear talks with Iran, Western leaders have sought to allay the security concerns of their allies in the Gulf over a possible deal. But what often is missed is a distinction between the security of the peoples and security of the elites and regimes in the Gulf.
The strategic outlook of the elites in the Gulf seems to be determined by three fears: of Persians, Shiites, and populist Islamist movements. Iran is the common denominator of these fears. The level and intensity vary from country to country, but the negative sentiment in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia is perhaps the most visceral.
Fear of Persia
Officials of these countries take pains to emphasize that their problem is not with Iran, but only with an Islamic regime they see as revolutionary and expansionist. This, however, is scarcely believable. Iran is resented as an important regional actor, independently of the nature of its regime. During the exchange of views, Bahraini MPs stressed the notion of a "Persian empire" that Iran is supposedly hell-bent to build in the Middle East. They implied that Persian nationalism is an essential characteristic of all Iranians, irrespective of their political or religious views.
A Sunni religious sheikh bluntly stated that Iran was more dangerous than Israel. "If you don´t threaten to throw Israelis into the sea, they won´t touch you," he said. "But Persians want to kill us no matter what."
The repeated calls of Iran´s foreign minister, Javad Zarif, to discuss a regional security framework that would include all players and discard the zero-sum logic do not exist in this thinking. Also, the notion that Persians, who amount to only slightly more than half of the population of Iran proper, would conquer and subjugate the predominantly Arab lands sounds positively bizarre.
Like some other "moderate, pro-Western Arabs" from the region, Bahrainis lamented that the dismissal of Saddam Hussein´s regime has led Iran to fill the power void in Iraq, thus destroying the "natural frontier" between Arabs and Persians in favor of the latter. Considering the fresh memories of Iraq's invasion of Iran in 1980, such invocations ironically only succeed in reminding Iranians of the strategic importance of Iraq and the priority of solidifying their presence there.
Fear of Shiites
Fearful Arabs view Shiite minorities throughout the Middle East as Iranian tools to expand its "revolutionary empire." This view neglects the fact that, contrary to conventional wisdom, the Iranian revolution of 1979 was never a sectarian Shiite revolution. Although it certainly invoked Shiite themes of martyrdom and uprising against injustice, it was not directed exclusively at Shiites or even Muslims as a whole. It had universalist aspirations. No wonder that the Iranian revolution inspired many grassroots Sunni Islamist and even non-religious anti-imperialist movements in the Third World . In fact, espousing a narrowly Shiite outlook would have considerably limited Tehran´s freedom of maneuver and soft power.
If Iran today has influence with Shiite communities in the Arab countries, it is because of the discriminatory policies of states like Saudi Arabia and Bahrain as well as Western indifference. This leaves Shiite communities with no other choice than to move closer to Iran.
And even that does not mean that they are acting on Tehran´s behalf. For all the hype about Tehran supposedly controlling Yemen´s Houthis, it was Iranians who warned them not to rush to assume the power. Saudi and Bahraini narratives about Shiites utterly lack self-criticism: Shiites are seen not as fellow citizens entitled to the same rights and dignity as Sunni Muslims but as a security threat, Iran´s fifth column. Treating them as such risks a self-fulfilled prophecy.
Fear of Islamists
This brings us to the third fear: of grassroots-based, populist Islamist movements. The narrative of the Arab Spring offered by the Bahrainis was one of a centrally planned campaign (presumably from the US) to replace "moderate regimes" in Egypt, Tunisia, and Bahrain itself (Syria being absent from the list) with fundamentalist ones. In this context, Iran becomes a threat not only for what it allegedly does but also for what it represents: a system born of a populist revolution, the very antithesis of the monarchical, feudal structures in the Gulf.
Contrary to the perception of the Islamic Republic as a rigid theocracy, the republican pillar is extremely important for its identity. Supporters of the Islamic Republic point to its regular elections to stress the country's political and moral superiority over the absolutist tribal monarchies of the Gulf. But there is little evidence that Iran seeks to export its revolution to the Gulf countries.
The Gulf monarchies' threat perception of Iran is greatly exaggerated. Iran is a convenient scapegoat for the failure of the Gulf elites to provide good governance to their citizens. Such scapegoating distracts attention from the mounting social and economic problems, especially in Saudi Arabia, and the lack of freedoms.
Addressing the Triple Threat Perception
Thus, the best way for the US and EU to deal with the security concerns of their Gulf allies would be to confront them over their governance, their repressive "anti-terror" laws (like the ones recently adopted in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia), their human rights abuses, and their discrimination against fellow Shiite citizens. In this sense, the Brussels meeting with the Bahraini MPs was a lost opportunity to call on the Al-Khalifa government to release all political prisoners, including Sheikh Salman, the secretary general of the Al-Wefaq party.
If the US and EU act boldly and creatively, the deal with Iran could have a really transformative effect on the whole of Gulf by promoting political reform in the Gulf countries. If Iran lives up to its commitments under a final agreement, and so far it has abided by the provisions of the interim deal, it would be difficult for the Gulf elites to continue arguing about the Iranian threat to the West.
Instead, a successful deal could empower those in the Gulf who have a more pragmatic approach toward Iran. Confidence-building measures and discussions on an inclusive regional security system could gain momentum. And, in the absence of the Iranian bogeyman, the Gulf countries would finally be compelled to tackle the challenge of adjusting their political and social systems to the requirements of the 21st century.

एक्सकैलिबर स्टीवेंस विश्वास
विशाखापत्तनम कांग्रेस में बंगाल के कामरेडों के खास चहेते कामरेड सीताराम येचुरी ने केरल के कड़े मुकाबले के बावजूद पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री बागी कामरेड वीएस के समर्थन से माकपा कामरेड महासचिव बनते ही कम्युनिस्ट एकता जल्द हो जाने का एलान किया था।लेकिन केरल में परस्परविरोधी दो गुटों की लड़ाई से शंका होती है कि जब माकपा में ही एकता नहीं है तो कम्युनिस्टपार्टियों की विलय की बैत कैसे कर रहे हैं कामरेड महसचिव।
पूर्व कामरेड महासचिव ने पार्टी में आंतरिक लोकतंतर के पक्ष में सहमति बनाने में जो अभूमिका निभाई उससे जरुर उम्मीद बंधती है।
पोलित ब्यूरो में दो हिंदी भाषी कामरोडों सुभाषिनी अली और मोहम्मद सलीम के साथ किसानों के नेता हन्नान मोल्ला के शामिल किये जाने से लगता है कि पार्टी फिर राजनीतिक चुनौतियों का मुकाबला करने का इरादा रखती है।
कामरेड महासचिव विशाखापत्तनम में हुए परिवर्तन के बाद बंगाल आये हैं तो जाहिर है कि बंगाल के नेताओं ने पलक पांवड़े बिछाकर उनकी अगवानी की और इस मौके पर बंगाल के चुनावों में हुई हिंंसा का चुनाव आयोग से संज्ञान लेने के अलावा राष्ट्रीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के कामरेड महासचिव के नाते देश के नब्वे फीसद आम जनता के जीवन मरण के सवालों पर उनकी खामोशी हैरतअंगेज है।
हिंदी पट्टी में वामदलों को फिर प्रासंगिक बनाने की जो चुनौती है,उससे बड़ी चुनौती है हैदराबाद कांग्रेस में पास दलित एजंडा को अमल में लाने की।
बंगाल में दलित और बहुजन आंदोलन एकदम जो हाशिये पर चला गया है,वह भी वाम दलों के लिए अच्छा नहीं है।

बंगाल में तेभागा आंदोलन से लेकर 1977 तक सत्ता हासिल करने तक वाम दलों में किसानों और बहुजनों की व्यापक सक्रियता थी।इसके पीछे भूमि सुधार का एजंडा खास रहा है जो वामदलों ने छोड़ दिया है।
इसके साथ ही सीमापार बांग्लादेश में जो धर्मनिरपेक्ष लोकतांत्रिक मोर्चा है और जो वाम आंदोलन है ,उसमे दलितों,पिछड़ों और आदिवासियों की खास हिस्से दारी रही है ,जो बंगाल में भी लंबे समय तक वाम आंदोलन की ताकत थी।
इस विरासत को बहाल करना कामरेड महासचिव की सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है,जिसके बिना हिंदी पट्टी और महाराष्ट्र और पंजाब जैसे राज्यों में न वाम बहुजन जनाधार वापस हो सकता है और न बहुजनों की वा आंदोलन में वापसी के बिना इस फासिस्ट कयामत का मुकाबला किया जा सकता है।
जहां तक चुनावी हिंसी की बात है, वह राजनीति की आपराधिक संस्कृति है जो बंगाल में वाम आंदोलन के भटकाव की वजह से ही पैदा हुई। पहले बिहार के चुनावों में जो नजारा नजर आता था,वह बंगाल के चुनावों में आम है।
राजनीति में अपराधियों का वर्चस्व इतना प्रबल है कि आम जनता अपनी जानमाल की हिफाजत की फिक्र करते हुए न मतदान करने की हिम्मत जुटा पा रही है और न उसकी आस्था राजनीति में है।
आर्थिक सुधारों का कोई विरोध न करने की भूमिका के चलते ट्रेड यूनियनें जनता के मुद्दों से सिरे से कटी हुई हैं और ट्रेड यूनियनों की हड़ताल से इस राजनीतिक हिंसा का प्रतिरोध असंभव है।
जिस आपराधिक राजनीतिक हिंसा के माहौल में चुनाव हुए,उसमें सत्ता की एकतरफा जीत को चुनाव आयोग भी पलट नहीं सकता और ट्रोडयूनियनों की हड़ताल के जरिये हालात बदलने की यह कवायद सिरे से फालतू है।
कामरेड महासचिव सीताराम येचुरी अत्यंत परिपक्व राजनेता हैं और उन्हें कुछ रचनात्मक पहल करनी चाहिए।
मसलन सीपीएम महासचिव बनने के बाद सीताराम येचुरी ने सीएनबीसी-आवाज़ से हुई खास मुलाकात में कहा है कि मोदी सरकार के भूमि अधिग्रहण बिल से गरीबी और बेरोजगारी दूर होने के बजाय बढ़ेगी। सीएनबीसी-आवाज़ के प्रधान संपादक संजय पुगलिया से खास मुलाकात में उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि भूमि अधिग्रहण बिल पर सहमति के लिए सरकार ने एक भी ऑल पार्टी मीटिंग नहीं की।
जाहिर है कि यह मामला सिर्फ संसदीय नहीं है अब,यह अब सड़क का मामला भी है।संसदीय लोकतंत्र की परवाह बिजनेस फ्रेंडली केसरिया कारपोरेट राज नहीं कर रही है,तो जनता को संगठित करके सड़कों पर आंदलन का जलजला बनाकर ही वे अपने कहे के मुताबिक पार्टी की प्रासंगिकता साबित कर सकते हैं और जनाधार जाहिर है कि किसी शार्ट कटचुनावी समीकरण से नहीं वापस होना है,वाम दलों के कार्यकर्ताओं और समर्थकों को देश की बहुसंख्यबहुजन जनता को साथ लेकर लंबे संघर्ष के लिए सबसे पहले खुद को तैयार करना होगा।
कामरेड महासचिव,जवानी जमा खर्च से संघ परिवार के फासिस्ट हिंदू साम्राज्यवादी एजंडे के अश्वमेध अभियान का प्रतिरोध असंभव है।वामदलों को पिर जनांदोलन में नेतृत्वकारी भूमिका लेनी होगी और तभी उसकी खोयी हुई साख वापस मिलेगी।खोया हुआ जनाधार वापस मिलेगा।
बहरहाल सीताराम येचुरी के मुताबिक जमीन अधिग्रहण कानून से रोजगार में कोई बढ़ोतरी नहीं होगी अलबत्ता किसानों को इस बिल से नुकासान ही होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि ये बिल कुछ खास लोगों को फायदा पहुंचाएगा। सीताराम येचुरी ने ये भी कहा कि बीजेपी को अब चुनाव प्रचार की मानसिकता से बाहर निकल कर वास्तविक धरातल पर काम करना चाहिए।
सीताराम येचुरी ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा जमीन अधिग्रहण बिल को पास कराने के लिए ज्वाइंट सेशन बुलाने की धमकी गलत है। सरकार को इस बिल पर आम सहमति बनाने के लिए ऑल पार्टी मीटिंग बुलानी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि ये बिल अपने वर्तमान स्वरूप में खास सेक्टर के लिए ही फायदेमंद होगा। सीताराम येचुरी के मुताबिक बीजेपी को दिल्ली हार से सबक लेते हुए जनविरोधी नीतियों से दूर रहना चाहिए।
गौरतलब है कि निकाय चुनाव में धांधली और बूथ दखल के लिए वाममोरचा के साथ-साथ सीटू, इंटक, एटक सहित छह श्रमिक संगठनों ने संयुक्त रूप से 30 अप्रैल को आम हड़ताल का आह्वान किया है। 12 घंटे की यह हड़ताल सुबह छह बजे तक शाम छह बजे तक होगा, जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस ने हड़ताल का विरोध किया है।
वाम मोर्चा के अध्यक्ष विमान बसु ने कहा कि कोलकाता व जिलों में निकाय चुनाव के दौरान विभिन्न जगहों पर विरोधी दल सहित माकपा समर्थित वाममोर्चा के समर्थकों पर हमला किये जाने के खिलाफ यह हड़ताल बुलायी गयी है। सीटू के वरिष्ठ नेता श्यामल चक्रवर्ती ने हड़ताल की घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि निकाय चुनाव में हिंसा के खिलाफ यह हड़ताल बुलायी गयी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि चुनाव के दौरान प्रजातंत्र की हत्या की गयी है। यदि निकाय चुनाव में इस तरह के हिंसक वारदात हो रहे हैं, तो फिर 2016 के विधानसभा चुनाव में क्या होगा। यह निरंतर जारी नहीं रह सकता है। इसका विरोध होना चाहिए।
इंटक के बंगाल इकाई के अध्यक्ष रमेन पांडेय ने कहा कि वे लोग प्रदेश कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष अधीर रंजन चौधरी से आग्रह करेंगे कि कांग्रेस इस हड़ताल का समर्थन करे। उन्होंने कहा कि वे लोग हड़ताल का निश्चित रूप से समर्थन करेंगे। यह जारी नहीं रखा जा सकता है।
प्रदेश एटक के सचिव नवल किशोर श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि वे लोग भी हड़ताल का समर्थन कर रहे हैं। निकाय चुनाव में गणतंत्र की हत्या की गयी है। लोगों के प्रजातांत्रिक अधिकार का हनन किया गया है। इसका वे लोग लगातार विरोध जारी रखेंगे। इसी दिन परिवहन संगठनों ने परिवहन हड़ताल का भी आह्वान किया है। इस कारण आम लोगों को काफी असुविधा होने की आशंका है।
दूसरी ओर, तृणमूल कांग्रेस के महासचिव पार्थ चटर्जी ने हड़ताल का विरोध करते हुए कहा कि तृणमूल समर्थित सभी संगठन हड़ताल का विरोध करेगा।

Amnesty International finds anti-Muslim bias in Europe
"Muslim women are being denied jobs and girls prevented from attending regular classes just because they wear traditional forms of dress, such as the headscarf. Men can be dismissed for wearing beards associated with Islam," the group's discrimination specialist Marco Perolini said.
"Rather than countering these prejudices, political parties and public officials are all too often pandering to them in their quest for votes."
'Freedom of expression'
The report highlights moves in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Spain to ban the full-face veils worn by some Muslim women, as well as the ban on minarets enacted in Switzerland in 2009.
It also criticises rules in many countries that forbid students from wearing the headscarf or other religious and traditional dress at school.
"Wearing religious and cultural symbols and dress is part of the right of freedom of expression. It is part of the right to freedom of religion or belief - and these rights must be enjoyed by all faiths equally," Mr Perolini said.
According to the rights group, bans on full-face veils cannot be justified by security concerns, except in certain circumstances such as security checks or high-risk areas.
While applauding the desire to stop women from being coerced into wearing traditional or religious dress, it says this should not be achieved by banning individual women from wearing certain items of clothing.
Amnesty International also accuses Belgium, France and the Netherlands of failing to implement properly laws banning discrimination in employment.
Its report says employers are being allowed to discriminate on the grounds that religious or cultural symbols will conflict with colleagues, customers or the company's image.
Citing statistics showing lower rates of employment among female immigrants from Muslim countries, the report says surveys of Muslim women suggest this is in part to blame on discrimination.
The report's recommendations include the creation of national anti-discrimination bodies and greater efforts to monitor discrimination on religious grounds.

महात्मा गाँधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय हिंदी विश्वविद्यालय में फीस बढ़ोतरी के विरोध में 70 घंटे तक चले धरने में छात्रों को सफलता प्राप्त हुई..आन्दोलन के दौरान कई ऐसे चहरे बेनकाब हुए जो कक्षा में तो नैतिकता और सिद्धांतों की बात करते हैं परंतु व्यवहारिक रूप में उतने ही अमानवीय है...इन सब बाधाओं के बावजूद छात्रों की एकता ने अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त किया .....हम सभी शैक्षणिक संस्थानों से अपील करते हैं कि शिक्षा के व्यवसायिकरण को बंद किया जाए...और छात्रों से भी निवेदन है कि अपने अधिकारों को लेकर आवाज़ उठाएं .....आप सभी मित्रों का धन्यवाद जिन्होने इस आन्दोलन को सफल बनाने में हमारी सहायता की .......
शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में आंदोलन के असफल होने के कई कारण है अक्सर हम प्रशासन को अधिक ताकतवर मानकर हार मान लेते हैं परंतु एक मुख्य कारण छात्रों में खुद पर विश्वास की कमी भी है. प्रशासन डरा धमकाकर छात्रों को पीछे हटने पर मजबूर करता है कई छात्र अपना भविष्य खतरे में देख पीछे हट भी जाते हैं पर उन छात्रों को समझना चाहिए कि छात्र आंदोलन में प्रशासन अंग्रेजों की 'फूट डालो और शासन करो' की नीति अपनाता है..प्रशासन साम दाम दंड भेद कैसे भी हो पूरा प्रयास करता है कि आंदोलन विफल हो जाए परंतु यदि छात्रों में एकता हो तो प्रशासन भी घुटने टेक देता है...मेरी अपील है ऐसे छात्रों से कि खुद पर भरोसा रखना सीखे क्यूंकि आपकी संस्कारी प्रवृत्ति ही प्रशासन का हथियार है...
