Ashok Agarwal 5:36pm Jul 23 CLASS XII FAILED STUDENT MOVES DELHI HIGH COURT FOR RE-ADMISSION IN CLASS XII IN DELHI GOVERNMENT SCHOOL - A writ petition has been filed today by Kumari Radha through Advocate Ashok Agarwal in Delhi High Court against Delhi Government and Government Girls Senior Secondary School , Dayalpur, Delhi-94 seeking directions against the Delhi Government and the School to forthwith grant her readmission in class XII in the same school in the academic year 2011-2012. It is submitted that the denial of readmission to Km. Radha in Class XII in the School is in clear violation of Rule 138 of the Delhi School Education Rules, 1973.
