Subject: [opinion 267] Constitutionals caught with OUR PANTS DOWN ? WHERE IS THE POWER TO THE PEOPLE WHEN WE THAT ARE BORN HERE ARE NOW A MINORITY !
To: Opinion <opinion@googlegroups.com>
Any government has the power it possesses
under a constitution.
If a government has a power it will use it.
Your rights are those you possess under
your constitution and enforced by your courts.
There is a general misunderstanding among the
citizens of any nation, particularly this one, about
the nature of power in a democracy and how it can
be obtained and used by the members of that society.
Everyone knows statute laws are made by parliament,
but what everyone seems to forget is that a law does
not exist unless it is enforced by legal authorities.
Therefore the key elements in the existence of
a law resides exclusively with the judges, and
prosecuting authorities and the procedures under which
they operate.
