आजमगढ़ के जाकिर का अब तक न पता चलना पुलिस की कार्यशैली पर सवाल

लखनऊ 1 जुलाई 2015। रिहाई मंच ने फैजाबाद सांप्रदायिक हिंसा के दौरान
अपनी जिम्मेदारी न निभाने के चलते पद से हटा दिए गए आईपीएस अधिकारी
जगमोहन यादव को डीजीपी बनाए जाने को सूबे में सांप्रदायिक व जातीय हिंसा
को बढ़ावा देने और आगामी पंचायत चुनावों में सपा के लंपट तत्वों की जीत
सुनिश्चित करने की योजना का हिस्सा बताया है।

रिहाई मंच के अध्यक्ष मुहम्मद शुऐब ने कहा कि जब पूरे प्रदेश में
सांप्रदायिक और जातीय हिंसा में अप्रत्याशित इजाफा हो रहा हो और हर मामले
में सत्ता पक्ष के तत्वों पुलिस और संघ परिवार से जुड़े लोगों का गठजोड़े
सामने आ रहा हो ऐसे में जगमोहन यादव जैसे लोगों को डीजीपी बनाया जाना साफ
करता है कि आने वाले दिनों में ऐसी घटनाओं में और इजाफा होने जा रहा है,
जो सपा सरकार बहुत ठंडे दिमाग से आगामी जिला पंचायत चुनावों और 2017 के
विधानसभा चुनावों के मद्देनजर कर रही है। उन्होंने कानून व्यवस्था के
पूरी तरह फेल हो जाने का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि सरकार इन मसलों पर सिर्फ
दिखावा कर रही है जबकि उसका छिपा हुआ ऐजेण्डा ऐसे अराजक तत्वों को खुली
छूट देना है। जिसका उदाहरण उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस द्वारा सोशल नेटवर्किंग
साइट्स के जरिए सांप्रदायिकता फैलाने वालों तत्वों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई का
झूठा आश्वासन देना है। जबकि ऐसे तत्व न सिर्फ लगातार सक्रिय हैं बल्कि
उनके खिलाफ शिकायतें आने के बावजूद कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हो रही है। मंच के
अध्यक्ष ने बताया कि भाजपा विधायक संगीत सोम और सुरेश राणा पर से 2013
में जब राज्य सरकार ने रासुका हटवाने का काम किया उसी दौरान रिहाई मंच ने
अमीनाबाद लखनऊ में इन दोनों के खिलाफ जेल में बंद होने के दौरान सोशल
साइट्स पर सांप्रदायिकता भड़काने वाले पोस्टों के खिलाफ तहरीर दी जिस पर
सरकार ने आज तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की। वहीं पिछले दिनों लखनऊ में
सांप्रदायिक तनाव के दौरान फेसबुक और वाट्सएप पर न सिर्फ खुले रूप में
सांप्रदायिकता भड़काई जा रही थी बल्कि मुस्लिमों के खिलाफ हिंन्दुओं को
एकजुट करने और आतंकी घटनाओं को अंजाम देने की अपीलें की जा रही थीं,
जिसकी शिकायत रिहाई मंच ने लखनऊ के एसएसपी से की पर आज तक उस पर कोई
कार्रवाई नहीं की गई।

रिहाई मंच प्रवक्ता शाहनवाज आलम ने कहा कि पिछले दिनों आईबी ने यूपी में
सांप्रदायिक तनाव को लेकर जो एलर्ट जारी किया है वह सिर्फ खाना पूर्ती भर
है। पिछले दिनों मथुरा में मोदी ने रैली कर यह एलर्ट पहले ही जारी कर
दिया था कि बिहार में होने वाले चुनावों और यूपी के चुनावों को लेकर
भाजपा व अन्य हिन्दुत्ववादी गिरोह सक्रियता से अपनी कार्रवाई आरंभ कर
दें। यह संयोग नहीं है कि उसी दौरान गृहमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, तोगडि़या व
अन्य हिन्दुत्वादी नेता राम मंदिर का अलाप जपकर सूबे में सांप्रदायिक
माहौल को हवा देने लगे। अगर आईबी को सचमुच सूबे में सांप्रदायिक हिंसा
रोकनी है तो वह सांप्रदायिक तत्वों का चिन्हीकरण करे। उन्होंने आईबी समेत
देश की खुफिया एजेसियों पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि ठीक इसी तरह 2013 में
मुजफ्फरनगर सांप्रदायिक हिंसा जब भड़काई जा रही थी जब संगीत सोम जैसे लोग
फर्जी वीडियो इंटरनेट पर अपलोड कर, सीडियां बटावा रहे थे उस दौरान यह
खुफिया एजेंसियां कहा थीं। वहीं शामली में पिछलीे दिनों जब एक विछिप्त
मुस्लिम युवक को पूर्वनियोजित तैयारी के तहत बजरंगदल के लोग पूरे शहर में
घुमा-घुमाकर पीट कर पूरे शहर में सांप्रदायिक हिंसा का माहौल बना रहे थे
और एसपी और सीओ निशांत शर्मा जैसे लोग बजरंगदल की कार्रवाही को जायज ठहरा
रहे थे तब यह खुफिया एजेंसियां कहां थी। उन्होंने बताया कि जब शामली,
सहारनपुर, गाजियाबाद और फैजाबाद में एक साथ सांप्रदायिक हिंसा भड़काने की
कोशिश हुई उसके बाद रिहाई मंच ने जब 28 जून को राजधानी लखनऊ में धरना
देकर इस बात को कहा कि सूबे में 2013 जैसे सांप्रदायिक तनाव भड़काने का
माहौल बनाया जा रहा है उसके बाद खुफिया एजेसियों जागी, लेकिन यह सिर्फ
खाना पूर्ती तक ही सीमित हैं।

रिहाई मंच नेता तारिक शफीक और विनोद यादव ने आजमगढ़ के रानी सराय के
मोमारिजपुर के मीरपुर के मुस्लिम युवक जाकिर जो पिछले 13 जून से ही लखनऊ
एयरपोर्ट से लापता है के अब तक न मिलने पर प्रदेश की पुलिस की कार्यशैली
को संदिग्ध बताया है। लापता युवक के घर का दौरा करने के बाद जारी बयान
में नेताओं ने कहा कि जिस तरीके से 13 जून को लखनऊ राजधानी से गायब होने
के बाद 17 जून को परिजन बहुत मुश्किल से रिपोर्ट लिखावा पाए और अब तक
पुलिस इस पर कुछ बता नहीं रही है वह कार्यप्रणाली पुलिस को संदेह के घेरे
में लाती है। मंच ने कहा कि अगर जल्द से जल्द जाकिर नहीं आया तो इसके
खिलाफ आंदोलन किया जाएगा।
