I fully endorse the letter to the Prime Minister, asking him to scrap the BRAI Bill (Biotechnology Regulatory Authority of India Bill) 2011 and bring in a good biosafety statute instead.

Did you actually read the bill? I read at least half a dozen time and it looked like a good system proposed with a genuine intention to establish a robust infrastructure as well. May be I am getting old!!!
