Ashok Agarwal 11:10pm Dec 9 NURSERY ADMISSIONS BLUES - If media reports that the Delhi Government has decided to continue with the earlier point-system for nursery admissions 2011-12 are correct, I would like to say that the Government has committed a blunder. Such decision would not only be contrary to the letters and spirit of the provisions of RTE Act, 2009 but also against the interest of the children.
