Delhi Govt's stand they would allow the unaided private schools to hike fees in the name of reserving seats for EWS students is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, unjust and unreasonable and unacceptable. The fee-paying parents are already being exploited by the unaided schools. The insensitive govt instead of protecting the hapless parents, has no hesitation to allow schools to further loot the parents.
