PEOPLE DO NOT GO OUT AT NIGHT AND PEOPLE RICH AND POOR ARE LEAVING IN DROVES.  THERE BUSINESSES ARE BEING EXTORTED AND THEIR CHIRLDREN KIDNAPPED.
